Details of Rain Erosion Tester
IPX6K nozzle | Inner diameter: 6.3 millimeters. Water flow rate remains stable at 75 liters per minute ± 5%. Spray distance stays between 2.5 and 3 meters, ensuring powerful and large-flow water spraying, truly simulating the impact of large-flow rainwater.

IPX9K nozzle | 4 high-pressure nozzles, with adjustable spray angles of 0°, 30°, 60° and 90°. Each angle has a spray duration of 30 seconds, and the spray distance is 10 to 15 centimeters. The water temperature can be adjusted from the ambient temperature to a maximum of 88°C.

Turntable | The turntable maintains a stable speed. It simulates the impact of raindrops from multiple angles on the test piece under a moving state. The platform height is adjustable. It is equipped with a waterproof power supply and has a hollow design that can fix the test piece.
