Details of Water Splash Tester

1. Stainless steel water bowl
Made of stainless steel material, the diameter of the bowl top is 35 mm, the diameter of the bowl bottom is 25 mm, and the height is 10 mm. This design ensures that the water splash distribution during the test can simulate the real usage situation, thereby enhancing the reliability of the test.
2. Φ2 mm nozzle
The nozzle has a diameter of 2 mm and is installed at a 60° angle relative to the bowl body, accurately reproducing the water flow impact angle and meeting the test requirements of Figure 101 in GOST IEC 60335-2 standard.
3. Fixed height
The distance between the nozzle and the bottom of the bowl is strictly controlled at 50 mm, ensuring consistent conditions for each test and more comparable data.
