LIB Industry Xenon Light Fastness Test Chamber, a type of uv weatherometer, simulates solar illumination, temperature, humidity and rain on materials and products to evaluate their light resistance and aging properties of materials.

This chamber uses xenon arc lamps with a spectral range of 300 nm to 400 nm (available in 340 nm or 420 nm filters) to deliver a full-spectrum light source. The emitted light closely resembles natural sunlight, covering ultraviolet, visible, and infrared wavelengths for accurate and repeatable aging tests.

To meet different testing needs, two types of sample holders are available: a rotating for uniform exposure and a flat shelf for 3D test pieces.

Xenon arc lamps emit a continuous spectrum from UV to visible and infrared, closely simulating natural sunlight.Water-cooled xenon lamps ensure stable operation for over 1600 hours.

Temperature is controlled from ambient to 100°C, while humidity can be adjusted between 50%RH and 98%RH. A built-in water spray system simulates rain to evaluate water resistance and color fastness.

Configuration of Xenon Light Fastness Test Chamber

Workroom	Mirror-finish stainless steel SUS304 material, corrosion-resistant, ensuring no rust or deformation during long-term operation. The size of the internal space can be customized. The rotary sample holder can accommodate 42 samples for testing simultaneously. There are nozzles on the sample holder to simulate the spray, accelerating the aging test.
Water-cooled Xenon Lamp	To stably and efficiently dissipate heat for the xenon lamp, ensuring stable irradiance and long lifetime of the lamp tube, the spray system and the lamp tube heat dissipation are two independent waterway systems. Equipped with multiple filters, Daylight Q, Daylight B/B, Window Q, and Window B/B.
