LIB Industry Xenon Light Fastness Test Chamber, a type of uv weatherometer, simulates solar illumination, temperature, humidity and rain on materials and products to evaluate their light resistance and aging properties of materials.

This chamber uses xenon arc lamps with a spectral range of 300 nm to 400 nm (available in 340 nm or 420 nm filters) to deliver a full-spectrum light source. The emitted light closely resembles natural sunlight, covering ultraviolet, visible, and infrared wavelengths for accurate and repeatable aging tests.

To meet different testing needs, two types of sample holders are available: a rotating for uniform exposure and a flat shelf for 3D test pieces.

Xenon arc lamps emit a continuous spectrum from UV to visible and infrared, closely simulating natural sunlight.Water-cooled xenon lamps ensure stable operation for over 1600 hours.

Temperature is controlled from ambient to 100°C, while humidity can be adjusted between 50%RH and 98%RH. A built-in water spray system simulates rain to evaluate water resistance and color fastness.

Configuration of Xenon Light Fastness Test Chamber

①Workroom	The xenon lamp is located at the top.4500W/6500W optional. Option 1: Water cooled xenon lamp By circulating water around the lamp to take away the heat generated, the temperature distribution of the lamp is more uniform. Option 2: Air-cooled xenon lamp The use of air flow, through a fan to blow cold air over the lamp surface.
②Spray system	Water is piped to the sprinkler head, where it is sprayed out under pressure to simulate rain or spray conditions. Spray time, frequency, water and other parameters can be set and adjusted.
③ Air circulation system	Adopt high and low temperature, low noise air conditioning fan. Air circulates in the test chamber. Avoid high or low local temperature and uneven humidity.
④ Heating system	Ni-cr alloy electric heating element is adopted. Fast heating speed and high thermal efficiency.
⑤Humidity system	The humidifier increases the humidity in the air through the evaporation of water, and the humidification is uniform and stable.
⑥ Control system	The control system can accurately control and adjust the parameters of light intensity, temperature, humidity, spray time, etc., and can be programmed according to the test requirements to realize automatic cyclic testing.
⑦ Refrigeration system	Using the principle of compressor refrigeration, through the circulation of refrigerant, the heat in the test box is taken away. Including compressor, condenser, evaporator, throttling device.
