The thermal testing equipment is equipped with a high-performance temperature control system, which can quickly, accurately and stably simulate extreme high temperatures, low temperatures or rapid temperature changes, to evaluate the performance of products or materials under different temperature environments, in order to test the key performance of the products such as heat resistance, cold resistance, thermal stability and thermal shock resistance.

LIB thermal testing equipment’s temperature changing rate is generally 5℃/min. LIB can also be customized with higher temperature changing rates for thermal testing chambers according to special testing requirements, such as 15℃/min, 20℃/min, etc. If you need more stringent temperature variation tests, you can also learn about the 2-zone thermal shock chamber and the 3-zone thermal shock chamber.

Workroom	The product is made of SUS#304, which is corrosion-resistant and heats evenly. It comes with a double-layer adjustable shelf for easy and flexible placement of test samples. Customization of multiple layers is also available. The bottom of the chamber has an inclined angle to facilitate the timely drainage of condensate water.
Cable Port	Equipped with one or more silicone-sealed cable interfaces , with a diameter of 50 millimeters. it is convenient to safely and conveniently connect external power supplies or signal cables, and can be customized.
Cooling System	Equipped with a cascade cooling system, the cooling process uses environmentally friendly refrigerants that meet the requirements of Global Warming Potential (GWP), enabling a rapid temperature drop rate of ≥5°C per minute.
Remote Control	Remote monitoring and operation are carried out via Ethernet connection. Users can adjust parameters in real time, start/stop tests, and download test data. The touchscreen control panel is available and allows remote access via PC.
