Thermal Abuse Chamber

The thermal abuse chamber simulates the behavior of batteries (especially lithium-ion batteries) under severe thermal runaway conditions (such as fire, explosion, etc.), assesses their safety limits and reliability, and studies the triggering, propagation and consequences of thermal runaway.

The LIB thermal abuse chamber adopts a highly reinforced explosion-proof chamber body, equipped with a precise temperature control system, temperature monitoring, gas exhaust, fire extinguishing treatment and other safety measures to ensure the safety of the test.

 

Optional Model: TR10-1000C. More models can be customized.

Applicable standards: UN 38.3, IEC 62619, UL 1642, UL 2580, SAE J2464, etc.
