Conditioning Chamber

The LIB industry Conditioning Chamber features a split-type design that completely separates the workroom from the control system and the refrigeration/heating unit. Its independent, fully enclosed workroom is equipped with high-precision temperature and humidity sensors and an advanced circulating airflow system, capable of rapidly creating extreme environments from -70 °C to +150 °C and 10%RH to 98%RH.

Workroom capacity ranges from 100 L, 225 L, 500 L, 800 L, to 1000 L, with custom sizes available to accommodate larger or uniquely shaped test specimens. This flexibility allows laboratories to test anything from small electronic components to full-size industrial equipment.

Unlike conventional chambers, the split-type design reduces heat interference, improves stability, and minimizes laboratory noise, making it ideal for automotive, aerospace, electronics, and energy storage testing.

  • Independent Power Components
    The compressor, condenser, and other power units are completely separated from the workroom, reducing the overall equipment footprint. This design ensures that heat and vibration from the power system do not interfere with testing, maintaining stable, accurate temperature and humidity conditions for sensitive samples.

  • Direct Heat Discharge for Stability
    The workroom operates independently, allowing heat generated by the power unit to be discharged directly outside the laboratory. This not only improves the precision of temperature and humidity control but also maintains a consistent environment for long-duration or rapid-cycle testing.

  • Rapid Thermal Response
    External units can be configured with high-power cooling and heating systems to quickly respond to extreme temperature changes across a wide range from -70 °C to +150 °C. This ensures efficient testing cycles and reliable performance even for demanding automotive, aerospace, or electronics applications.

  • Quieter Laboratory Operation
    By locating the power unit away from the work area, the chamber reduces laboratory noise to less than 60 dB, providing a comfortable working environment for operators without compromising testing accuracy or stability.

Workrooom

The workroom is made of SUS304 stainless steel and lined with high-performance thermal insulation to maintain precise temperature and humidity stability (±0.5 °C, ±2.5% RH). It can be customized to accommodate large or uniquely shaped test specimens, including automotive battery packs, complete assemblies, or full-size equipment, providing flexibility for diverse testing requirements.

Test cable hole

A standard φ50 mm cable through-hole allows connection of external power, data, or sensor cables without compromising environmental conditions. The cable port is equipped with a silicone sealing ring, ensuring airtight integrity while supporting real-time monitoring or live testing.

The chamber is capable of creating extreme temperature and humidity contrasts quickly and reliably, making it suitable for thermal cycling, stress testing, and environmental reliability evaluation.

Advanced Controller

The programmable color touchscreen controller supports multi-stage temperature and humidity programming, enabling complex cycles such as 25 °C → -40 °C → 85 °C at a slope of 5 °C/min. It also provides Ethernet or RS-485 connectivity, allowing remote data collection, monitoring, and alarm management. This ensures unattended operation with complete control and traceability, improving efficiency and test reliability.
