    In the temperature and humidity test chamber, how can the temperature of one of the core parameters remain stable in an ultra-wide temperature range? LIB takes you point by point through the causes.

     

    High-precision sensors with multiple feedbacks

    Equipped with platinum resistance PT100 sensor, accuracy of ±0.1℃, real-time collection of temperature data in the chamber.

     

    At the same time, closed-loop control is achieved through dual-circuit temperature monitoring (ambient temperature in the chamber + temperature of the refrigeration system). When the cooling system is abnormal, the sensor will immediately feedback, triggering the backup heating module to compensate and prevent the temperature from plummeting.


    Efficient cooling and heating system

    Refrigeration system: Using Tecumseh compressor imported from France, combined with binary cascade refrigeration technology, it can quickly cool down in a wide temperature range of -70 ° C to 150 ° C, with a cooling rate of 1 ° C /min or faster (customizable).

     

    Heating system: Independent nickel-chromium alloy electric heating tube, standard heating rate up to 3℃/min or faster (can be customized), and heating uniformity error ≤±2℃.


    Air circulation and insulation design

    Forced circulation air duct: built-in centrifugal fan forms a circulation path of "top air outlet bottom air return" to ensure that the temperature uniformity inside the chamber is ≤±0.5 ° C.

     

    Super thick insulation layer: 100mm polyurethane foam material, effectively block external heat interference, reduce energy consumption.


    PID+ fuzzy logic control algorithm

    PID control algorithm and fuzzy logic technology are used to monitor and adjust the output power of heating/cooling system in real time. For example, when the temperature in the chamber is close to the set value, the system will automatically reduce the heating rate to avoid temperature overshoot; When the temperature deviation is large, the power is increased for rapid adjustment.
