Solar Simulation Chamber

LIB solar simulation chamber is a highly precise xenon arc testing system, designed to replicate the full-spectrum sunlight and accelerate the assessment of the degradation of coatings, plastics, solar cells and other materials under ultraviolet, visible and infrared light.

The solar simulation chamber is equipped with a 4500W xenon lamp and a mirror SUS304 stainless steel workroom to enhance light reflection, providing adjustable irradiance ranging from 35 to 150 W/㎡. Additionally, the integrated temperature system maintains the temperature between room temperature and 100℃, with a humidity range of 50% - 98%. A programmable water spray system simulates dew, condensation and intermittent rainfall.

The internal chamber capacity can be customized, and the rotating sample holder can simultaneously accommodate 42 samples for testing.

1. Full-spectrum precise reproduction

a 4500 W water-cooled xenon arc lamp and SUS 304 mirror workroom, the spectral range covers ultraviolet, visible light and infrared. The adjustable irradiance is 35—150 W/m², ensuring that the experimental results are highly consistent with the real sunlight environment.

2. Wide temperature and humidity controllable environment

The temperature can be precisely adjusted from room temperature to 100 °C (±0.5 °C), and the humidity range covers 50%—98% RH (±2% RH), meeting the needs of various harsh aging and environmental stress tests.

3. Programmable water spray system

Supports multi-segment program settings, simulating different working conditions such as dew, condensation and intermittent rainfall. The spray cycle, duration and flow rate can be precisely configured through the touch screen PID control.

4. High-throughput sample testing

The rotating sample holder can accommodate up to 42 samples at a time, combined with the customizable volume, achieving uniform irradiation and high-efficiency batch testing.

Water-cooled xenon lamp



The built-in water circulation system efficiently cools the lamp tube, ensuring stable spectral output during long-term operation and effectively extending the lamp tube's service life to up to 1600 hours. This lamp can simulate the full-spectrum radiation of natural sunlight.





Filtering system


Satisfies different testing requirements, equipped with multiple sets of professional filters, including daylight filters, window glass filters, and extended ultraviolet filters. Users can select the corresponding filter combination according to the testing standards (such as ISO 4892-2, ASTM G155).


Intelligent controllerProgrammable touch control panel, with an intuitive operation interface, supports setting irradiation intensity, test time, spraying, temperature and other key parameters. Real-time data monitoring and recording function, the equipment can be remotely controlled via PC.
Blackboard thermometerSimulates the thermal response of materials exposed to sunlight, measures the heat absorption temperature rise on the sample surface, evaluates the real weather resistance of the product in outdoor environments, and complies with requirements such as SAE J1960, ISO 105-B02.
