The LIB industry Walk-In Mixed Gas Test Chamber is designed to reproduce highly corrosive industrial and atmospheric environments using controlled concentrations of sulfur dioxide (SO₂), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), chlorine (Cl₂), and other mixed gases.

Precision Safety Protection Design

The LIB industry walk-in mixed gas chamber adopts a fully welded gas-tight structure with continuous micro-negative-pressure control to help prevent toxic gas leakage during operation.
An independent emergency exhaust system allows operators to quickly activate forced extraction and direct internal gases to the external treatment system when needed.
The walk-in door integrates mechanical and electronic interlocks for safer personnel protection during toxic gas testing.

Stable Multi-Gas Dynamic Control

Equipped with high-precision mass flow controllers (MFC), the system supports dynamic mixing of multiple corrosive gases including SO₂, H₂S, NO₂, and Cl₂.
Combined with temperature, humidity, and airflow control, the chamber maintains stable gas concentration and environmental uniformity inside large walk-in testing spaces.

Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Construction

The internal structure uses reinforced SUS316L stainless steel with integrated fluoropolymer anti-corrosion protection for long-term resistance against acidic and oxidizing gases.
Key internal components including airflow, heating, and sensing systems are specially protected to improve durability and long-cycle operational stability in corrosive environments.
