Salt Water Spray Tester

The salt water spray tester atomizes the 5% sodium chloride solution into fine mist to simulate harsh marine or coastal environments. This accelerated corrosion test is widely used in industries such as automobiles, electronics, metal processing, and coatings. The salt water spray tester helps manufacturers assess the durability of products, verify protective measures, and ensure compliance with international standards such as ASTM B117 and ISO 9227.

  • Quartz nozzles are installed inside the spray tower (easy to clean crystallization).

  • The salt fog is dense, uniform and distributed stably, ensuring the consistency of the salt fog environment and the repeatable testing conditions.

Observation window and graduated cylinderFacilitate direct and continuous monitoring of the samples and the testing process, accurately collect and measure the salt fog deposition rate.
Corrosion-resistant sample holder
  • Standard sample holder: round rod + V-shaped groove, the number depends on the equipment model, the angle and position of the test piece can be adjusted.

  • For special-shaped test pieces, a customized sample holder is configured.
