Traditional walk-in dust chambers require elevated floors and loading ramps due to bottom dust collection hoppers. Our pit-mounted design places the circulation and hopper system underground, keeping the chamber floor level with the workshop ground for safe and efficient forklift loading of heavy EV battery packs, automotive parts, and industrial equipment.
2. Space-Saving Underground Structure
By integrating blowers, ducting, and dust recovery systems into the foundation pit, the chamber significantly reduces above-ground height, allowing large-volume walk-in dust testing systems to fit inside standard-height laboratories.
3. IP5X & IP6X Dual-Standard Testing
Designed according to IEC 60529 and GB/T 4208 standards, the chamber supports both IP5X and IP6X testing through one intelligent control system.

Internal Maintenance Access: The chamber floor includes heavy-duty, gasket-sealed removable panels. Technicians can access and service underground motors and valves safely from inside the chamber.
Anti-Clumping System: Integrates localized heating elements and dual electromagnetic vibrators inside the subterranean funnels to ensure dust remains dry, free-flowing, and ready for cyclic reuse.
