LIB industry mixed gas test chamber is engineered to reproduce real atmospheric corrosion mechanisms caused by industrial and marine pollutants.
By combining toxic gas exposure, temperature variation, and high-humidity environments, the system enables accelerated corrosion testing that closely reflects long-term field conditions—within a controlled and repeatable laboratory setting.

The chamber supports single-gas testing (H₂S / SO₂ / NO₂ / Cl₂/NH3) as well as mixed flowing gas (MFG) corrosion tests, allowing users to simulate different pollution severities and regional environments.

The NaOH solution tank with spraying device accelerates gas dilution and neutralization before exhaust.

①Workroom

②Air circulation system

  • Air circulates to ensure uniform gas concentration, temperature, humidity, etc. in all areas of the workroom.

  • The gas mixture better contact with the test sample.

③Heating system

④Control system

⑤Cooling system

⑥Exhaust device

At the end of the test or when the gas needs to be replaced, the gas in the chamber is diluted through the NaOH solution tank and then discharged.
