1. Accurate IPX1 and IPX2 dripping simulation
The system accurately simulates IPX1 vertical dripping with a drip rate of 1mm/min ±0.5mm/min and a test duration of 10 minutes.
For the IPX2 test, the product is tilted 15°, and dripping occurs at 3mm/min ±0.5mm/min.
The test is performed in four tilt positions, each lasting 2.5 minutes.

Configuration of IPX1 IPX2 Water Drip Test Apparatus

1. WorkroomThe drip tray is located at the top of the workroom, where the test water is stored. Drip needles are evenly distributed at the bottom with an aperture of 0.4mm and a hole spacing of 20mm. The sample turntable height is adjustable. During the IPX1 test, the turntable remains horizontal. During the IPX2 test, the turntable tilts 15° in four directions.
